LTMQ #1| i disappointed Her. again.

“I swear I cringe each time I open my blog book and realize there are pages upon pages of untyped, now out-of-date posts. Wasted mental juices, eh. Yet, as wifey, loveologist, blogger and active publisher my plate gets full fast and so do I. . .” — Formally unpublished meanderings & Lost streams of consciousness

To My Dear Queens—and Kings no less,

I have had to come to grips with giving myself ample time and space to function. I’m on automatic pilot like all day.Everyday. Thus my chaotic mind and ever-shifting life have gotten the best of me many times in the past causing me to trip, blow fuses, and rampage through our home like a raging mad woman. Yeah, I don’t claim to be picture perfect…oh, heavens I could never. My husband might take a club to my forehead for the many times we’ve come to woes due to my mental and spiritual overloads. Nevertheless, the last six months have taught me a lot about myself…and the pursuit of dreams in general. Time will force you to slow down—even when it itself doesn’t falter.       Why? . . . because you need to take time rest. You need to take the time to refresh your space—I’m talking complete HGTV style internal and external renovations.      Once upon a gloomy, but sunshiny day a Cranberry Probiotic Yogi Teabag tag said to me “A relaxed mind is a creative mind.”

I listened.

Love on,

—♥Egypt

This entire month (and last month) I have been moving like a snail. I’ve been exhausted and felt too tired to blog – read or write. After this break, I now feel refreshed enough to start not just where I left off, but NEW projects as well!

    1. I’m hearing you loud and clear Jo! That’s been the story of my life the last few months. If you are anything like, lolz and I’m pretty sure you are–your life is non-stop on the go. I have a habit of going, going, going until I’m all burnt out. I’m trying to break that habit, eh. I’m just thrilled I have Queens like you, and all of the above to vent too. Otherwise, I might blow a fuse :-P. ♥♥♥ ily ♥♥♥
